📄 Returns & Replacement Policy — Buy Bindaas

At Buy Bindaas, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read our Returns & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products and logistics, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, incorrect order placement, or accidental purchase.

  • Returns are accepted ONLY if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or significantly different from what you ordered.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@buybindaas.inwith your order details.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories.

✅ Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any return or replacement request:

  • You MUST provide a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the unopened parcel until the product is fully removed and inspected.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The outer packaging and shipping label.

    • The product condition immediately on unboxing.

    • The damage or defect, if any.

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

✅ Replacement Process

  • If your claim meets all conditions and is approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item.

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

  • If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our sole discretion.

✅ 6-Month Replacement Warranty (Optional)

  • If you have purchased our 6-Month Replacement Warranty for just ₹99, you are entitled to one free replacement in case of a functional defect or manufacturing fault within 6 months of delivery.

  • The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

  • An unboxing video or clear defect demonstration video is mandatory for any warranty claim.

  • Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting us at contact@buybindaas.in with your order ID and video proof.

  • Shipping charges for sending the replacement may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

✅ Important Notes

  • Claims without complete video proof will be automatically rejected.

  • Any defect claim must be filed within 24 hours of delivery or within 6 months if you have purchased the warranty.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any claim at our sole discretion based on the evidence provided.
